Privacy Policy

The Stewardship Group · Effective September 4, 2026

The Stewardship Group, LLC ("The Stewardship Group," "we," "us," or "our") operates this website and its online tools.

This policy explains when we collect personal information, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

The Pulse Check

The Pulse Check is anonymous. We do not ask for your name, email address, employee identifier, or other identifying information. We do not store your IP address with your submission or attempt to connect your responses to you.

At the end of the Pulse Check we may issue you a reading code so you can return to your reading. We generate this code. It does not identify you on its own.

We may not be able to locate or delete a response submitted without a reading code.

If you request a conversation after completing the Pulse Check, we collect the contact information you provide and connect it to the reading you completed, so we can discuss it with you.

The organizational information you provide may include:

We use this information to generate your materials and to better understand the needs organizations face so we can improve our services. This information generally relates to the organization and does not identify the person using the Builder.

You may use the Builder without providing your name or email address. If you provide an email address, we collect and store it to deliver your requested materials. If you separately choose to receive updates from us, we may also send occasional insights and information about our services. You may unsubscribe at any time.

Contacting us

When you email us, submit a contact form, or request a conversation, we collect the information you choose to provide. This may include your name, email address, telephone number, organization, role, and message.

We use this information to respond to your inquiry, schedule a conversation, provide requested information, and maintain appropriate business records.

If we begin working together, information collected during that relationship may also be governed by the applicable engagement agreement and related notices.

Website and technical information

Our website and service providers may process limited technical information needed to deliver the website, maintain security, diagnose errors, and prevent misuse. This may include browser type, device type, operating system, access time, and technical logs.

We do not use technical information to identify a Pulse Check participant or connect a Pulse Check response to a particular person.
